Dancing Cy(i)phers, Elwah Movement, Ebonie Barnett, and Dimensions Dance Theater hope you all well and are staying safe during this time. As promised, we are offering an online series of classes that offer an embodied experience of the cosmologies, techniques and dances of the spine and pelvis discussed in the Back to the Root event in July 2020. Workshops/classes will include history, philosophy, discussion, and technique.
